The Red Clover Conference: Lets Make Sense of Phytoestrogens
Red clover is one of my favorite herbs. I've used it regularly for fifty years, including during my dance with endometrial cancer, with continuing benefit. So why do so many women fear to use it if they have a diagnosis or a history of breast cancer? Why do so many websites caution against its use during pregnancy and lactation? Some of the best times to use it in my opinion.
It's full of estrogen. Well, plant estrogen. That is, phytoestrogen. Uh, technically, phytosterols. I think we are missing something. So let's see if we can make sense of phytoestrogens.
We ended the fear at The Comfrey Conference.
We reduced the nonsense at The Hypericum Conference.
Now, let's talk sense about phytoestrogens at The Red Clover Conference.
And lots more, as well.
Join fifteen deeply green herbalists as we we share our decades of personal and clinical experiences, thoughts, visions, and uses of red clover — and her sisters, white clover, crimson clover, and sweet clover (Melilotus). Discover an herb cherished for thousands of years by farmers and folks, feared by modern doctors, and deeply misunderstood. Learn the many ways red clover nourishes us from the soil to our microbiome, and why it may be one of the best choices for women with a breast cancer diagnosis or fertility problems, and for everyone who wants to live long and thrive.
There is so much to do at the Red Clover Conference.
* Every day brings two new presentations and two zoom sessions.
* Every day you can attend an hour-long zoom with each presenter. Get answers to your questions, live.
* Every day there are several hours of Red Clover Shorts: individual videos showcasing lore, literature, experience, and fun.
* Every day the Red Clover Marketplace, where you will find salves, tinctures, and more, is open.
* Every day is tasty in the Red Clover Kitchen where we are making wine and brewing soup, infusing blossoms and stirring up remedies. Do come and play.
