Introduction

This course will help you learn about your seven major chakras and their attributes, as well as the state of health of your own chakras and how they affect your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Particular emphasis will be placed on the emotional aspects of the chakras, as these affect your physical health. You will learn how to sense your chakras, connect with them and techniques for clearing and aligning them, through quick exercises and assignments. This is a primarily self-guided class. The mentor, Catherine, is available for email consultation and assistance. Upon request, she will also offer you a Bird Vibes  one-card reading to provide spiritual insight when you start.
